I’m writing a Jake/Heath RPS and suddenly feel uncomfortable with it. It isn’t so bad when the ideas center around J and H. It’s when I bring in other family members such as J’s mom and the narrative reveal stuff one would have read in articles and magazines. Isn’t it intrusive putting that kind of knowledge in a fictional story?
If it can’t be helped for the overall stry, then why not? After all, you are borrowing other people’s names and faces to write your altenate universe story. RPS is as alternate as you can get.
But, if it worries you so much, then don’t write this story but another one.
E, I had this sudden and overwhelming guilt feeling as I was writing that part of the story. I deleted out the lines. You’re right, RPS is as alternate as one can get, which should be easier. I guess.
