Look at that smile

There is the fist bump flying around the net. It’s a great picture. However, I love this one as well. A husband, adoring his wife.

I betcha, in that special place among the stars, Martin Luther King, Jr. is smiling down on all of us. A job well done.

What’s Next

There was a time I adored Hillary R. Clinton.

I used to adore Bill Clinton. I defended his character during the Monica Lewinsky debacle to friends and especially to family. We had one hell of a verbal debate about integrity and character. My last word in the debate, Bill was a good president and what he did behind close door as compared to what he was doing for country was a no contest.

If I had a crystal ball and could foresee the future, I would’ve kept my mouth closed tight. Hillary’s campaign disappointed me terribly and her husband was a big part of that disappointment.

If she wants to become vice president, her first order of the day is to learn respect. Respect calls for concession and having the balls to admit, not that she lost, but that she supports the winner and that she should, could take the initiative to start healing the party. Each minute she remains silent, indicates inflexibility, narcissism, caring for only one’s desires and not the needs of a country.

It’s time to move on Hillary. Get your house in order and gather up your supporters. From now until November, we have one hell of a fight.
