With viewing the last webisode in the series, it appears that Gaeta is a good pick as the final cylon. He meets with most of the clues particularly the one made by the hybrid when the final cylon still in the shadow will claw its way to the light, hungering for redemption.
The Eight forced Felix to remove the rose colored glasses, to see himself as the instrument of destruction of the human life. Will his meeting with Adama begins the act of seeking redemption. Will he give himself up as a traitor to his people. Is this the reason why he tells Hoshi to keep his head down essentially putting distance between Gaeta and Hoshi.
I can’t wait to find out what makes this final cylon different than the final four.
