The contract deal between Starz and Netflix cease to exist on February 28. 1,000 movies and films have or will disappear from Netflix lineup. I suppose I can bend over grabbing my stomach in horrific pain because, OMG, I no longer have access to 1,000 movies.
Sure. Right. Just to give you an idea my feelings on this separation anxiety, my own cable company couldn’t convince me to subscribe to Starz. The offerings on Starz are uninspiring and uninteresting. If I want to see a hot movie, I go to the theaters. If I want to see the same movie over again because I love it, I buy the DVD. I can’t wait for Starz to put my favorite movies in their lineup. They take too long.
As for Netflix, I’m keeping the streaming subscription. Just this past month I watched “Brothers and Sisters” TV series. Who knew this was a Fab show and I missed it when it first aired. Time constraint is my enemy when watching television. Paying Netflix the monthly fee just for this purpose is A okay with me.
